GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Not under warranty items are not Refundable

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team (info@grasscarpetdubai.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to returns or exchanges, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation
a. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
b. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
c. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange Process
a. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
b. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.

REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 15 days. Exchanges exceeding 15 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

We only replace items or exchange the items for others of equal value if they are defective, damaged or erroneously supplied..
